The GapJam browser extension

It sits in the corner of ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. When an answer looks like a guess (“pricing isn't publicly available”, “contact a sales rep”, a huge price range), the pill turns amber. One click audits the chat and opens the gap cards here for you to review and post.

Privacy

  • The “possible guess” check runs on your computer. Nothing leaves your browser for it.
  • A conversation is sent to GapJam only when you click “Audit this chat”, and it isn't stored.
  • Nothing is posted until you review the gap cards and click Post.

Install (early access, Chrome)

  1. Download the extension and unzip it.
  2. Open chrome://extensions and turn on Developer mode (top right).
  3. Click Load unpacked and choose the unzipped extension folder.
  4. Open ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. The GapJam pill appears at the bottom right.

A Chrome Web Store version is coming once early testing wraps up.
